Mr. Richard Bowman Carr has over 35 years of experience in the securities and real estate industry. He has served in an executive capacity at Lehman Brothers, and Bear Stearns & Co.
Mr. Carr joined Lehman Brothers in 1985 and was made Senior Vice President, 18 months later, in 1986. Later accepting a senior position at Bear Stearns.
It was at this time that he was president of the board of the largest condominium complex in Charlestown, Massachusetts. Mr. Carr left Bear Stearns in 1992 to manage his own accounts and those of certain private clients.
After his honorable discharge from the U. S. Navy, Mr. Carr took honors in intellectual history of Western Europe at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and studied Japanese Art at Harvard.
In Boston, Richard worked with the Pine Street Inn and the Salvation Army, providing food and shelter for the chronic homeless. Locally, he has helped deliver over 3 million dollars of medical equipment to Haiti, and raises money for the Red Cross. An avid equestrian, Mr. Carr rides and trains in Wellington Florida.
